Digestion: Amla can also help if you have digestive problems. So drinking a glass in the morning before eating will stimulate the digestive tract throughout the day and get energy. 

Good for colds and coughs: Amla powder helps in relieving colds and coughs caused by seasonal infections. Therefore, drinking ginger and honey mixed with water can improve the airways and cure colds and coughs. So they can be cured by drinking this on an empty stomach in the morning.
